WOMEN’S HELP SERVICES has two centers – each offering distinct services.
All services and resources are provided at NO-COST to our patients and clients. These include:
MEDICAL BRANCH
- one-on-one time with a licensed registered nurse
- pregnancy testing
- limited OB ultrasound scans performed by registered diagnostic medical sonographers
- STD education plus testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea
- options information on parenting, adoption, & abortion *
- community agency referrals
* While our medical team discusses abortion options with them, we do not provide or refer for abortions. Instead, our staff educates them on the procedures and makes them aware of any potential risks or side effects. We believe that this lifesaving, medically accurate information is crucial in their decision-making process, and we want to make sure that they are fully informed before they decide.

We are able to continue providing these free, life-saving services thanks to the support of our faithful donors, as we receive NO government funds.
